The property is located at 21907 Matagorda Drive, in the popular Sea Isle Subdivision.  It is located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Galveston.  The lot is located on an interior canal, and features a lighted dock, pier, and a private pool.   Cable and wifi are provided along with towels and bed linens.

 

The house is a 3 bedroom 3 bath that sleeps up to 10 people.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a private bathroom on the main floor.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and twin bunk beds.  A bath with a jetted garden tub is located on the main floor.

Bedroom 3 is located downstairs and features two full size beds with twin bunks on top.  A bathroom with shower is located in this area, which is also the location of the laundry.

There is a restaurant, convenience store located at the marina within the neighborhood.  A grocery store and restaurant is also located just down the road in Jamaica Beach, about a 10 minute drive.
